One of the classic crime comics of all time. Crime Does Not Pay #47 contains not only the horrific electric execution story, but also has a rare photo of Lev Gleason\'s artist and editor Charles Biro and Bob Wood who would later be sentenced for murder. There is NO restoration, color touch, or trimming to this book. The interior is exceptionally clean with off-white supple paper, and no tears. The cover has a nice color strike and gloss, there is some minor wrinkling to the cover, minor soiling, and the publisher\'s upper spine nick which was common for these issues when they were printed. This copy is being offered for a steal price.
