Wechecked both pencils to make sure there was lead in them and they look new. Thepen looks new too. All writing instruments are Mint! The Cross emblem is missingfrom the outer plastic case.

I believe this set is model # 454105 ~ CrossClassic Century (Retail $250.00) All are marked “Cross 10K Gold Filled Made In USA” rightbelow the trademark conical tip and all are of the same design.
