English Enamels are a revival of an 18th century craft that specialized in enameled on copper processes and hand painted by artisan craftsman in England. This Crummles box commemorates the return of British rule of the Falkland Islands in June,1982. The box measures approximately 1.75 inches wide and slightly less than 1 inches tall. The box is in excellent condition. The enamel box also includes its original box. It was part of a private collection. These English trinket boxes are prized for their artistry and craftsmanship. It would be a handsome addition to any small box collection.
