This 5 part relish piece has unique patitioning and weighs an impressive 3 pounds 7 ounces. Nice thick glass on a piece that is about 12 inches in diameter. The rim edge is serrated at the ends of the striations radiating from the interior of the plate. The sides of the piece stand about 1 inch high. The center \"Partition\" is circular, about 3 1/8 inches in diameter, and could easily contain a bowl as well as \"relishes\'. I understand that this piece has been used as a stand alone serving piece and as a plate on Kromex Lazy Susans. Another source indicated \"made by Indiana Glass #1007\" but I could not verify that.

This piece is in very good to excellent condition overall. I found no chips, flakes, cracks or \"bites\" on it. I did note some minor irregularities in the glass, not uncommon with pressed glass pieces.

I typically ship via FedEx SmartPost or USPS Parcel Select as they are generally the least costly means. I do check alternative means of shipping once I have the new owners zip code. Proximity and weight can sometimes make other shipping means more practical. I may ship via another service if it appears to be advantageous for the new owner. Priority Regional Mail is also checked for those within my Postal Service Zone. In the event of multiple purchases items are routinely combined to minimize shipping costs when it appears that items can safely be shipped together.
