“I create a dream-world where inanimate objects come to life—springing from my imagination in the Surrealist tradition. But my work is also founded on Dada ideals. The Dadaists used chance, spontaneity, and childlike innocence in order to create their statement.”Pablo Cano

\"I got interested in Marionette theaterand working towards this form of artistic expression. I realized that puppetryand marionettes had everything I loved about art. Like an operatic play I couldincorporate music, painting, sculpture, theater, and acting. Ideas flowedeasily after this breakthrough in my thinking about art.\"Pablo Cano
