Cad files available: If you would like a cad file in order to make your own changes, I do have .dwg files available as a separate listing. Pdf files are included with the purchase of the .dwg file. Please see my other listings if you are interested in the .dwg file.
These are not Design sets.These are full ready to build house plans. All plans include a minimum of a Floor Plan, Front, Left, Right, and Rear Elevations, Door and Window Schedules, Electrical Plan, Roof Plan, Rafter Plan, Mechanical Plan, Typ. Building Section, and Foundation Plan with Joist Layout.Plan comes with plan for concreteslab foundation. Crawl space and/orBasement Foundations can be included for $100. Again these are full sets that have been built and passed inspection by the building departments of the area they were built in.

Why spend over 400 dollars on plans off the internet, when you can use our plans as many times as you want?You can use our plans for any project you see fit. And being they are digital copies you can use them as many times as you want. All files you receive are digital PDF files and you can send them to any local printer via email. Plans will be to scale when printed on 24x36 paper. Most builders like being able to print small 8.5x11s to carry around in folders and for offerding. You can even store and view them on an Ipad or other tablet. No more back seat full of rolled up prints.

The only limitation is distribution for profit. So you can\'t sell them to any one else. You can view the complete plans on my web site so you know exactly what you are buying.

Changes are not out of the question.We can modify any plan at the normal drafting rate of $35 per hour. We do discount the price of the plan whenever changes are requested. There is a four hour minimum for change orders. With the exception on Plan reversals which are always $50.

Other Services:Custom Designs, Plot Plans, and pretty much anything else that is needed is billed at the standard rate of $35/hour.
