This lovely custom is named \"Lavinia.\" Lavinia is a steampunk fairy elf. She is truly unique a she is created from a CA Cupid Monster High doll which have been discontinued.

There are many fun and intricatedetails to this art doll!

All of our dolls come boxed in a clear gift box, perfect for displaying and protecting your doll. You will also receive an information card with details about your doll\'s origin and signed by the artist.

Paint Details:

The original factory face paint has been removed. The facehas been repainted using quality Rembrandt and Schminke pastels, and Derwent and Liquitex paints. Extra attention was paid to the entire doll including all over body blushing, shading and accents. The hands are MH gloved hands originally from a Spectra Vondergiest MH Doll, and are paintedlavender with white detail and sealed.The eyes are alovelylavender to match the overalllook.The piece is signed by the artist on theback. The body and face were sealed before, during, and after painting with MSC UV protection.The eyes and lips are sealed with Liquitex gloss sealer for a more realistic look.

Hair

The original hair was removed and replaced with a full re-root using alovely soft lavender alpaca yarn. It is professionally cut and thinned and styled. The hairshould be handled with care andbrushing or combing should be avoidedto preventseparating or pulling the hair out.

Clothing

The outfit has been created from scratch using all newmaterials, and includes:

  • Lavender and vinyl skirt - velcro closure
  • White vinyl corset with lavender laces- attaches in back with velcro

Accessories

All accessories are hand made from all new materials and include:

  • Bottle of magic fairy dust - lavender rose cork (cannot be opened)
  • The shoes are from a Spectra Vondergiest doll and arecustomized with paint and pastels and sealed with Liquitex gloss sealer
  • White Vinyl belts with non-tarnish silver plated hardware
  • Lavender & white striped tights - cotton, hand-painted
  • Steampunk nickle back pack hardware - pulls over shoulders and belt closures at chest and waist. Non-tarnish silver plated closures
  • Hair accessories & earrings made from faux pearls and non-tarnish silver plated wire

Any stands or props shown in the photosare not included. This doll is an art piece that is intended for display only and is not meant to be handled by children. Although the outfit is well made and removeable, excessive handling my cause damage to the artwork and paint. This product comes from a smoke and pet free home.
