Hickory is very sacred to the Celtic God Lugh and the Greek God Apollo. Hickory is closely related to the oak tree. This wood is great for healing, protection, knowledge, finding the right direction, abundance and wholeness.

Each wand is sanded to only the highest quality possible, which leavesthem feeling silky smooth. All of my wands are made from one solid piece ofwood and not glued together, glued pieces have the potential to separate overtime. I don\'t slap coats of glossy lacquer on just to get a fast artificialshine. Your hands will be in contact with the wood itself rather than achemical finish. No lacquer, glue, stain or paint is applied.They\'re finished with an organic beeswax compound which I created, called Steve\'sBees Magic Finish - this can be found in my store. My finish not onlylooks naturally beautiful but also protects the wood. If you\'re looking forwands that have amazing energy along with a pure finish of fine furniture thenyou\'re in the right spot.

No two wands will ever be the same due to Mother Natures wonderfuldesigns which include color, figuring, grain, density and so on.
