Uncommon and beautiful french sewing machine sold in Paris in the late XIXth century By Désiré Bacle.D. Bacle imported this machine from Germany (it seems to be a Guhl und Harbeck), painted it in light brown and put his own brand on it.It is made of cast iron. The gearings are made of bronze, and it has an ebony handle.
Condition is very good (the gildings and paint are a bit worn). It is complete and works smmoothly.
