-BEAUTIFUL DARK Mahogany Mink Fur is Almost BLACK-Long Length With Nice Sweep!-Hook Eye Closures-Large Notch Collar Can Be Worn Up or Down...SO DRAMATIC!-Two Slit Pockets-Long Sleeves-Fitted At Waist...SO FLATTERING!-Can Be Worn With A Belt For Different Look (BELT NOT INCLUDED)SIZE: There is no size tag in the coat. I believe it to be ABOUT a SMALL. PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS. THESE ARE APPROXIMATE...finding beginning and ending points to measure proves difficult when there aren\'t always seams for guidance. Please understand that I am not a seamstress and my measurements could be slightly off. If these are your exact measurements, contact me and we can discuss how much play room there might be. The model in this photo is 5\'5\" and weighs 125 pounds and the fit with a little room to spare.

CONDITION: While we are not furriers, we did inspect the coat thoroughly. We found it to be in VERY GOOD Pre-Owned condition. When we bought this fur for resale, we weren\'t able to garner any information about its history. The following is our own assessment:The FUR is free of tears, odors and shedding. While not as supple as a brand new coat, it isn\'t dry/stiff either and bends/folds fairly easily. There is some wear at the pocket entries, collar, pocket entries and cuffs but it\'s not bad at all. On the right shoulder the fur \"parts/lays down in opposite directions. There is a hook eye pair at the top of the neck that are fully functioning. I didn\'t realize they were there and didn\'t picture the coat closed this way. There is another hook at the bottom of the notch collar but the eye is missing. This could easily be replaced for a nominal fee at a tailor or furrier. The bottom line is this coat looks GREAT and should provide you with warmth and style for many winters to come.The LINING has no tears or soiling. There is a monogram as well as an Arnold Constable Furrier Label. The lining has a French Hem which allows accessibility of the craftsmanship of the pelts. French hems are typically found on more expensive coats.
