Up for BINOBO is a pair of deadstock vintage 30s (or possibly 40s) denim jeans, made by an anonymous tailor.
These jeans feature:
- a straight-fit, classic-rise silhouette,- plastic sewn-on buttons,- a mix ofsingle-needle andchain-stitched construction,- flat-felled seams, a very lightweight (9 oz.) sanforized selvedge denim (white line ID), and-bartacks(no rivets) atpoints of strain. No serging or overlockstitching present.
Paperlabel remains supple but is torn. Many of the seams and construction is quiteimperfect, making this a charming, hard-to-find piece of americana.
