Department 56 North Pole Series--The Heritage Village Collection--ELVES TRADE SCHOOL--#56387--Comes In It\'s Original Styrofoam Box With Lid--Booklet--Electrical Light--And Box Sleeve--The Building Is 8.5 Inches Tall--7 Inches Wide And Roughly 6 Inches Deep--Reads On Bottom--NORTH POLE SERIES--ELVES TRADE SCHOOL--1995--The Bottom Of The Building Is Very Clean--Might Be Some Wear To The Sleeve But It Isn\'t Anything Major--------------Alot Of The Things That I Have Been Selling On Here Recently Along With The Christmas Village\'s And Extra Pieces Came From A Lady That Used To Own A Gift Shop--She Closed The Gift Shop Down Years Ago And All Of This Went To Her House And Put In Storage--She Has Finally Decided To Downsize, So She Has Started Getting Rid Of The Stuff That She Has Had In Storage--If This Building Was Ever Displayed It Was More Than Likely Displayed In Her Gift Shop--There Are No Chips, Cracks, Or Breaks--There Is More Pieces To This Series Along With Some Other Series That I Will Be Listing So I Will Gladly Combine Shipping If Interested In More That One Piece--Any Questions, Please Ask-Thanks
