Here is an opportunity to add a Dept 56 Christmas in the City building to your collection at a great price. I have been an avid Dept. 56 Heritage Village collector since 1989 but now I\'m downsizing and find it necessary to give other collectors an opportunity to enjoy these delightful buildings. This majestic PARAMOUNT HOTEL building was never displayed and is in excellent condition. All pieces and parts are accounted for and it comes with the specially designed light cord that allows for general lighting of the building plus the unique lighting in the Starlight Room atop the hotel. The building is in the protective foam box but does not have the cardboard sleeve. I welcome and am happy to answer any questions. Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states.
