Up for sale is acirca 1890iessalt glazedhunting pitcher by DOULTON LAMBETH, made in England, number 8114.
Itis inexcellent condition with no chips or cracks. The surface is shiny and bright with five hunting scenes, including hunter with dogs hunting a hare, birds and hunter with hare andrifle. An additional feature is the rare molded dog handle.
Thejug / pitchermeasuresapproximately5 1/4inchesinheight (at the spout), 6 1/8 inches at the dog handleand 5 inches in diameter at the widest point (handle not included).
This is a recent estate find and will need more cleaning. Please look at the pictures, they are part of the description. Also, don\'t hesitate to ask questions before offerding or buying. I will also provide more pictures, if requested.
