Excellent condition. 5 1/2\" tall. Base is 4 1/4\" long and 1 1/2\" wide. Some painting on leg, face, basket and dress. No markings. I tried hard to research this item and I can not say for sure where and when it was made. I will have to leave it up to the buyer to find out. No refunds if you are disappointed in your findings.
