I can remember Dad saying, \"Butts go here.\" and this always brings a smile. 2 outhouses grace this cute little ashtray. It\'s about 6\" wide and 3\" tall. The ashtray sits in a circle cut into the cork. An elderly friend pointed out that the outhouses are properly built - even having a space above the door and under the roof on the back wall, for air flow. :) These are typical \"one holers\". It has some wear consistent with age, and the ash tray is stained from use. They\'re built with tiny nails. Doors open and shut. Roofs are apparently glued on. This is a very cute and unusual ashtray. It\'s from the late 40s or early 50s.
