We can only accept returns if the item is truly damaged or does not work.

We do not accept returns for manufacturer defects

You CANNOT return the item if you do not like it, it is the wrong size or color, or if

Returns are ONLY for not as described NON WORKING items.

If you do decide to return an item because it does not work you WILL be charged a 20% restocking fee

plus another 30% restocking fee for our own store.

So, yes, that is a 50% total restocking fee.

9.)To help prevent financial losses on DAMAGED PACKAGES you need to request for shipping insurance if you feel it is needed at an extra cost. We do not ship items with shipping insurance unless requested. They are shipped with tracking or signature confirmation. We also reserve the right to change shipping methods.

10.)We only issue credit/money back for returns, no partial credits are given nor may you keep the item if any type of refund is given. It must be returned completely to us so that you can be refunded. Why? Because we need to get credit (if applicable) from our supplier or other source of purchase such as manufacture. Please resolve all issues prior to leaving response.

11.) Item(s) may or may not have an odor. If this is a problem you need to send us a message before you buy.

12.) There WILL be a 60% restocking fee if you request to cancel the transaction or you cannot pay for the item in full. This is non-disputable and WILL be enforced if you decide to cancel the transaction for any reason. Why? Because it costs money to list items, takes time, and once you buy the item it takes it off of therefore no other buyers have a chance to buy it until the item is relisted.
