This Dalek reproduction is constructed as a display model only. The arms are both positionable left, right, up, down (they do not extend outward). The eye stalk can be positioned up and down. The entire Dalek is on 3 high quality wheels in a triangular pattern ( 2 stationary wheels in the back, 1 pivoting wheel in the front, center) We do offer options that bring the Dalek to life. These options range from a simple blue \"eye\" light to a remote controlled Voice Box with 12 Dalek phrases at your command. (this option activates the \"Ear\" lights whenever the Dalek speaks.
