Good condition. The only issue with this piece is that some of the tiny trees around the arena have had their tips broken off. Previous owner tried to clean up the broken trees with some green touch up paint. Still a great piece and could be fixed or left as is. You can see the areas of minor damage in the provided pictures. Apart from that the stadium is in good condition.
