Daniel Salazar Art Glass Paperweights

Daniel Salazar is well known in the world of art glass. His career as a glass artist began in the early 1970’s when he went to work as a grinder at Nouveau Glass. The small studio soon grew and was rechristened Lundberg Studios when it moved to a larger location in 1973. Daniel worked closely with studio founders James and Steven Lundberg and was instrumental in helping them create their unique California-style paperweight lampworking process. In 1978, he began creating the glass paperweights for which he is now famous. Many of his distinctive designs including those depicting floral and underwater scenes can be attributed to his love of nature and botany. Daniel Salazar has art glass works on exhibit at a number of museums including the Smithsonian Institute, the Corning Museum of Glass in New York, and the De Young Museum in San Francisco.

Etched in the base of this is Daniels signature, Lundberg Studios and 200 along with number 070506. Opportunity abounds with this sale!

The opening offer of 99.00 has and is a very conservative estimate of the real value-clearly many times the start- but it is here to sell without gimmick or delay so have fun!
