This is a wonderful Danish Royal Copenhagen demi-tasse coffee set. It contains 6 cups, 6 saucers, a sugar bowl and a cream jug - all in excellent condition. The saucers have a 4.5\" (11.4 cm) diameter, the cups a height of 2.25\" (5.7 cm) and the sugar bowl a diameter of 3 5/8\" (9.2 cm) at the top. The maximum height of the cream jug is 3 5/8\" (9.2 cm). The combined weight of the set is 0.94 kg. Base marks as per photos with the three wave mark and indicating a date of c.1952. The cup has a hand scripted 910 (the pattern number - the Frijsenborg pattern) and 1546 - the shape number. The sugar bowl 910 and 1678 and the cream jug 910 and 1535. This is a must-have set for all Royal Copenhagen collectors - particularly in this superb condition.
