This is a low grade readers issue. I am not a comic book grader or a collector. We have water damage which has caused staining, fading, Rusted staples. Some loosened cover which is detached at top staple and page 13 which is detached at bottom staple. There is some iffy edges but not bad. However, the story is complete with no cutouts. This would be a great place holder in your collection. Please do not go by my word alone. I have included many photos of actual book for your own visual evaluation of this items condition.
