From my personal collection, I bought the omnibus new, removed the shrink-wrap but never got around to reading it. I did \"break-in\" the binding properly by working from the outer covers left/right and a few pages at a time left/right until I reached the middle. It is unread and has been stored carefully in a smoke-free, pet-free, pest-free household.
I will pack the book carefully with shipping to the USA only. I try to answer all questions promptly but please be aware that I am active on in my spare time (usually evenings EST) so don\'t be concerned if I don\'t get right back to you.
