Dated 1926 (26/) and Signed Vintage Art Drawing Children Girls Fishing Net. I can see a \"message\" in the bottom left corner that looks to be the title of the picture, but it\'s too faded for me to read. The artist\'s signature in on the bottom right corner, as you can see in the pictures. It appears to have the date 26 that I am inferring to mean 1926 since this came from a collection of vintage and antique items from the early 1900s.
