Artist\'s Biography:
David Hendler, Painter.b.1904, Kiev. Immigrated to Israel1924. Died 1984.
Studies: Private lessons in drawing from Professor Pichel, Academy of Prague.
Prizes: 1945-46 Dizengoff Prize.
In the thirties painted with Stematsky and Arieh Navon. Was a member of the \"Massad\" Group.
An autodidact who has been influenced maily by modern French painting and by Dutch Masters. Participated in many exibitions during the thirties and forties.
