A couple of years have gone by since Jack Slingsby, and Carol and Jack meet by chance on a flight to Paris, where Jack is going to visit his old mentor, a famous artist who makes Jack the heir to his estate.

In this part of the story, Carol and Jack need to talk about their relationships!
