This sale is for four items, Kringle Elfementary School, Frosty Playground, Frostbite TreeHouse Day Care and School Sleigh Express. The seesaw moves up and down on the playground, really cute! All of the items are free of chips and cracks and look in great condition. The treehouse operates either on \"C\" batteries (not included), or the Department 56 #55026 adapter. We have included an adapter. The retail value of the items total 153.90. The cords on the School, Tree House and Playground have all been modified to with easy connectors to accommodate using a small hole on our display. They work well and are very convenient. Please see the photos of the easy connectors. The styrofoam on the Playground is missing a chunk out of the corner. The cardboard sleeve on the school has a small 1\" tear. Everything is in the original styrofoam and cardboard sleeves.
This is from a smoke free and pet free Environment. We are selling all our collections as we have downsized to a smaller home and no longer have room.
