sale is for one new Dept 56 A Christmas Story lighted Farkus House. This is the rare 1st release edition with the stove pipe and miss spelled name on mailbox. These are extremely hard to find in new condition. The box has minor creases in which I took pictures of. I have never removed this piece from the box if the winner of sale would like me to inspect or take pictures of before shipping I will gladly do so. If the winner decides not to have me inspect I will offer absolutely no refunds.
