Item is in excellent like new condition with one small exception and that is some writing on the bottom as seen in the last picture. box and Styrofoam usually have some light shelf wear. Please check my other listings as I am working on a large collection of all alpine village dept 56.
Houses may or may not come with the original light cord as they have not always made it back in the same box every year but it will come with a working light cord and bulb.
