This is the lovely Department 56 St Nicholas Cathedral from the 30th Anniversary Collection and is a limited edition. It actually has never been used, I just took it out of the box to photograph. The box does have a couple little tears on the edges and a little smudges on the outside styrofoam insert. The Cathedral piece however is in Perfect condition! It is really beautiful when it is lit and does come with the cord and little light bulb to set inside and the little spire on the top is in a little baggie inside the packaging. It gets put on after you take it out of the box and set up. The measurments are 13 1/2\" tall, 10\" deep and 7 1/2\" wide.
