Charity sale: did not offer my charity as an option, so I will add it here. The proceeds will be going to the PKD Foundation, 1001 E. 101st Terrace, Suite 220, Kansas City, MO 64131. This is a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) Public Charity, Federal Tax ID: 43-1266906.

The PKD Foundation conducts medical research to find a cure for Polycystic Kidney Disease, which is inherited and will cause kidney failure, dialysis, transplant and/or death. Let\'s help find a cure.

I have 12 boxes of assorted Dept 56buildings and accessoriesboxed up and ready to ship. Many items are retired / Ltd/ Collectibles. Items have been displayed at one time but have been stored for several years. Light cords, bulbs, signs, Flags, etc. included if shown in photos. Box and sleeves show wear but are included as shown in the photo.

The box is approximately 16x11x19\" and weighs about 7Lbs. 8 oz.

The prices are from research or what I paid for them. This box would be worth $251 if brand new.
