This is a lovely Dept 56 Dickens Village Christmas Carol Cottage. The Item itself is in like new condition. Have original sleeve and Styrofoam. The box sleeve has a little wear. This is the Christmas Carol revisited series. The years of issue are 1996 to 2000. Original Retail Value was $60. The Village D-Tails lists the secondary market value at $29.99 to $88.
