Department 56 item number 56.59034, How the Grinch Stole Christmas \"Town Hall\", in very nice condition with box from 2000. Everything looks like it\'s in great condition, there is one very small flake of glaze or paint off the lower front of base (see pic 6), no other defects noted. Maybe displayed a few times in the past, nearly mint. It is complete with Town Hall, figure and tree. The cord is super clean and light and switch work great. Includes box and styrofoam inserts.
