Great looking piece. Deep in the forest with a desertedwagon wheel from another time. As fellow Dept 56 collector once said, You cannever be too rich, Too thin or have too many trees. In Excellent Condition.

These Dept 56 Houses and accessories are from my personal collection. Icollected them from the late 1980’s to 2000. They were in dioramas that I setup in my Victorian home. I moved to a much smaller house and no longer have aplace to display them. They all have their original foam packing and sleeves.Most are in like new condition. If there are any defects that I know of I tryto describe them but I may miss some things. They have been displayed but notplayed with. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
