These pieces were purchased from a former gift shop owner who sold and displayed Department 56 buildings and accessories for many years. Some have been displayed and some have not and therefore I am listing most of these as used, though some have probably never been displayed.

All buildings come with lights, original boxes and sleeves unless otherwise noted. Accessories are also in original boxes with sleeves unless otherwise noted.
