This pre-owned “’Tis the Season” Heritage Village Accessory (#5539-5)by Department 56 is in exceptionally nice condition. The original sleeve is in fair condition asit has a small cut on the front, has some writing on the back, and shows somewear from storage. The original Styrofoampackaging has a few light dings, but is otherwise in good condition. The original sleeve & packaging are in fairto good overall condition and continue to work very well for storing theporcelain accessory. We also have theoriginal green hang tag. This highlydetailed & very colorful hand painted porcelain accessory features Santaringing a bell & manning a black kettle for donations for the needy, and alittle girl about to add a donation into the kettle. The porcelain figure including Santa and thelittle girl is approximately 2.25” long x 1.5” wide x 2.25” tall and carriesthe “H.V. Series Dept 56 Taiwan” sticker and the “Department 56” logo on thebottom. The black kettle piece can beremoved from the stand and is approximately 0.5” in diameter and 0.75” tallwhen the movable handle is in the upright position. This Dept 56 accessory “‘Tis the Season” isin outstanding condition and would make a GREAT addition to your HeritageVillage Collection.
