Dated 1995 on Bottom.
North Pole Village \"Elfin Forge & Assembly Shop\" It was introduced 1995 and retired 1998. Dept56 item #56384. North Pole folks make all the necessary iron works at the forge. Steps lead up to entry that connects two building wings. The forge furnaces are housed in the three-story building with the tall furnace pipes. Design and assembly takes place in attached turret, with finished product exiting through large double doors.
The house is in pristine condition but the Flag is missing. The cardboard cover is in very good condition - some small dents/tears on the corners.
