For sale is a great group of buildings and accessories from the Dept. 56 North Pole Village. Create an instant scene with the following:
Elves Trade School #56387. Issued in 1995 for $50.00. Retired in 1998 with a 2013 Village D-tails value of $18.99-$48.00 (actual prices paid). This piece is one of the early issues that has a separate sign hanging from a hammer. It reads \"Elves Trade School\" and plugs into the side of the building. Complete in styro box, outer sleeve, working light cord, inner plastic bag and product pamphlet. All parts are in excellent condition, but the outer sleeve shows minor shelf wear.
North Pole Chapel #5626-0. Issued in 1993 for $46.00. Retired in 2000 with a 2013 VDT value of $49.50-$87.00 (actual). There is a metal bell that hangs in the steeple and the clock reads 5:06-typical Dept 56. In excellent condition complete with styro box, outer sleeve (some shelf wear and a corner tear), inner plastic bag, working light cord and product pamphlet.
Beard Barber Shop #5634-0. Issued in 1994 for $27.50. Retired in 1997 with a 2013 VDT value of $14.99-$26.00. There is a very tiny chip on the snowy base that will not affect the display quality. Complete with styro box, outer sleeve, inner plastic bag, working light cord and product pamphle
Village Frosted Zig Zag Trees set/3, #5249-3. Issued in 1995 for $10.00. Retired 1996. Three whimsical trees that are approximately 4.5, 7.5 and 8.5\" tall. There is a dent in the plastic box, but the trees are excellent.
Town Clock (Heritage Village) #5100-1. Issued in 1988 for $3.00 set of 2. Retired 1998These clocks came in green or black metal and were not sold in a box. Ours is the green version and is3 1/4\" tall
Park Bench (Heritage Village) #5109-8. Issued in 1987 for $3.20. Retired 1993. These green metal benches did not come in a box, but in a plastic bag. This one is new and still has the price sticker on the bottom.
