All pieces include all original pieces unless otherwise specified. Piece is in mint condition. There are no marks or scratches on the piece. It has only ever been displayed in a glass enclosed hutch and has never been plugged in. It comes in the original box with the styrofoam insert intact. If it is a lighted building piece it includes the original wiring harness and bulb. Trees/Accessories pictured on boxes are not included unless they are part of the original box/package.Pictures have been taken of the exact item you will be receiving, so please make sure to look closely at all photos and ask any questions prior to offerding.It will be a welcome addition to your collection.Insurance is included in the shipping charge
