Dept. 56 (Retired) Fourth of July Lighted Holiday House

(with two (2) Flags on the front of the House AND

two (2) Side Stands that set on either side of the House that serve as Candle Holders).

This is a beautiful piece of the Dept. 56 Dickens Collection and is a Collectable that retired many years ago.

It is quite sturdy. It has NEVER been used. The inside products are in MINT condition.

A small piece of the inner styrofoam in one corner is broken off but has caused no damage to the inside of the box.

The outer box shows some signs of moving but again, no damage is caused to the inside of the box. All is well there. Please see picture of the outer box. EVERYTHING is intact. Also, it is packaged to ship well PLUS it is packaged inside of its own box all around with styrofoam.

Shipping is USPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground Residential. Buyer to pay $12.00 for Shipping. Seller will pay additional Ship Costs.
