Offering this Department 56 \"Scottie\'s Toy Shop\" #58871, Christmas in the City series, exclusively issued in 1998.
Tested and it works, includes original box and packaging.
Includes the porcelain lighted building, \"5 cent Pony Rides\" accessory set of 3, unopened 1.2 oz bag of Fresh Fallen Snow, 3 lengths of Cobblestone Road, 7 sisal trees (substitutes and shorter than originals), light cord.
Building and figures are in excellent condition. Cobblestone road has bit of bend and wave to it from being stored rolled; it flattened some in the short time I had it out to photograph. You could probably weigh it down with some heavy books or other objects to get it to return to flat.
