Hi, you\'re looking at a New Dept 56 Snow Village Christmas Lake Chalet. This is an open box. My mom bought a lot of these, but never displayed all of them. The lid on the box has a split on it and there is some dried glue residue from a sticker on the right side of box (see close up pic. of lid). The set is complete and this was the first time it was out of the box so I could take pics. and to make sure everything was okay. House lights up. This comes from a smoke free home. I\'ll be listing some more Dept 56 stuff.
