This listing is for an original Dept. 56, Snow Village, # 5468-2 \"GLENHAVEN HOUSE\" hand painted ceramic building. This building was introduced in 1994 and retired in 1997. This a new, never displayed ceramic building. It is in new conditon and has never been displayed, it was removed from the sytrofoam container for photographs only. It comes packaged in the original plastic wrap, original styrofoam container with sleeve that shows only slight sign of wear from extended shelf storage. Of course, the electrical cord and light bulb are also included that also factory packaged in plastic wrap. Please examine the photographs closely as they are part of the description. However, I will answer any questions and/or provide additional photographs to any interested party upon request prior to the final day of the listing. Although brand new, this item is offered in \"as is\" condition, per above description, with no warranty or guarantee, written, expressed or implied.
