This is Dept 56 \"Glenhaven House\" # 5468-2 from 1994. This house is approx 7 1/4\" wide x 6 3/4\" deep x 8 1/2\" tall.

This piece was bought from a collectors estate sale. She had a huge collection sometimes more than one of the same. I hand picked what I thought to be some real nice pieces and will be listing over 50 pieces over the next few weeks. Most have never been out of the box.
