This listing is for new, never displayed, Dept. 56, 5121-7, \"Maple Ridge Inn\", handpainted, ceramic building from the Snow Village series. It\'s packaged in the original Dept. 56 styrofoam container with sleeve and includes the factory wrapped, electrical cord and bulb. This bulding was introduced in 1988 and retired in 1990. It is a beautifil piece in factory new condition. The sleeve shows sign of shelf wear from having been stored for a number of years. The buidling was removed from the box for photographs only. Please examine these closely as they are part of the description. This item is being offered in \"as is\" condition, per above description, with no warranty or guarantee written, expressed or implied.
