This sale is for a 1998 Snow Village #54932. It is a nice piece that has been displayed lightly. It was introduced and retired in 1998. The Rock Creek Mill House stands 7 1/2 high x 9 3/8 inches long x 10 inches wide. It does have it\'s light cord. It would look great in your snow village display. The large water wheel on the side of the building can turn but, it isn\'t a mechanical piece. It was purchased at an Estate Sale of a dept. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve has light wear scuffs and bends from age and storage. Please check out the pictures and feel free to e-mail me with any questions. This is a very large piece that needs to be shipped in an oversize box 15 x 13 x 11 weighing 6 pounds.
