Was bought at a yard sale years ago and has no original box or lights

There is a part of the tree that is chipped off and a few small chips on the bottom corners. The white \"snow\" paint looks bubbly, not sure if that is suppose to be like that or happened with ago. Sold as is, please as if you have any questions
