I am selling off my Friends Parents, Estate items. I have much to list and includes Avon Collectibles, Interior Design/Homco, Dept.56 and other brands of Snow Village Pieces, there are Seasonal Fall/Halloween, Christmas, Spring/Easter Decor. There are everyday decor and soooo much of it.
It will be Priced to Sell. You are welcome to make an offer and I will work with anyone that buys several pieces...etc...
The money is to help with the care of my friends Mother. Most of this is from the 80s,90s. But I have also seen items from the 50s, 60s as well as early 2000\'s.
Even though a lot of the Christmas Snow Village items have NEVER been opened, I personally am opening everything to check for breaks and cracks. Anything worth listing that has been cracked or pieces broken off, it will be photographed, noted and priced accordingly. NOTE: I AM HUMAN, PLEASE REMEMBER. .I will be describing to the best of my knowledge, I may make a mistake, or miss something. IT IS NEVER INTENTIONAL. Please email me with problems or discrepancies.
Anything broken during shipping should be taken up with the Shipping Company, usually USPS. I am not able to help, I\'ve already been down that road with a customer and USPS says the Buyer needs to fill out the forms etc...to get your money. Also, these items from the Estate have been packed away for up to 30 years. The boxes and /or Styrofoam may not look the best, BUT I use them for the best protection during shipping. Some packaging may smell a little musky but in no way effect the product or even effects the smell of the actual product. I am happy to take returns for gross discrepancies and descriptions otherwise it is sold as is.
