Here is a DEAD & COLORFUL diamond willow cane carving blank.

The characteristic are:

PACKED with interlocking diamonds & diamond shapes from top to bottom!
35+ diamond figures!
Diameters at the top average about 1-1/2 inches & tapers to about 1-1/4 inches on the bottom.
Length is at 45-1/4 inches
Very sturdy & only weighs about 1 lb. 3 oz.
Harvested dead standing with Brilliant reddish brown color variations. I removed most of the bark to give potential buyers a better look of how beautiful this cane blank really is.
Intriguing insect patterns mainly towards the top.
It still has a lot of deteriorating sapwood also know as soft white wood still in places. Many carvers like when this rare event happens because it helps accent or raise the hardwood diamond shapes from the solid core once the deteriorating sapwood is carved away.
It\'ll look \'FABULOUS\' when completed!
