Dirigold started in Sweden in 1914, in 1935 they changed to the name Dirilyte and are known for their warm golden hued colors. Pieces ceased production after the seventies and ones from the pre WW2 era did not have a bonded protection to prevent tarnish. At one time the pieces were used at White House formal dinners and have become a favored collectors item as well as remaining fully functional.This is a set of 4 oyster forks best as we can tell. These are to complement Dirilyte table settings. We do combine shipping if multiples are purchased, contact first.There is some mild tarnish but the distinct glow of the metal is radiant still. The matching flatware and other table and serving items are in another listing.We are downsizing and have entire sets of Dirilyte coming available.
